It seems a shame that in a network like this there are no discussions in the Buisness of Fashion section. There must be some excellent opportunites out there.

I think it's time to get the ball rolling. I would like to invite those of you interesting in networking within this community to introduce themselves and tell everyone what they are looking for. So...

My name is Thomas Dorman, I run the press showroom for Canela PR in Barcelona, Spain. We are looking for fashion brands and designers interested in raising their profile in Spain.

Thomas, I think it's a great idea. My name is Basilio and I run a company called Fresh Concepts Labs. We are launching an iPhone & Facebook application for fashion in approx. 8 weeks. Would just like to introduce myself and hear from anyone interested in advancing their brand through mobile and social markets or anyone who has suggestions of what they would like to see on a mobile fashion application. But more importantly, just like to meet new people and learn about their experiences.

Bunny, my company Fresh Concepts specializes in this area. We are launching an iPhone / Facebook app in 6 weeks related completely to the fashion industry. If your interested I could give you some ideas on developing a mobile and social strategy. Our app is actually going to have a "retail" B2C component in its second version which would be a great place to start for your boutique. Let me know. And all the best with your business!
