We have done our homework. We read business books. We can make a spread sheet. We can sew. We design. Now comes the tricky part- getting our work out there.
What is the one thing we do make this happen? Is it doing the local markets? Bypassing that a going wholesale? Focus energy on online sales? Slow burn or huge splash?
Just some questions floating around my head. What about you?

Permalink Reply by Krist Kreta on December 6, 2011 at 6:23am I was in the same situation with you. I launched it online and opened the first flagship store at first. but then I found many trouble that i couldn't imagine before.
From my experience, I searched the brand's target which is the working women, the office girls. So, I started to open a shop in the business district so I can find the customer around here. And once when I started to do the evening dress line, so I represent the line to the luxury malls to sell them to the rich people that who afford them.
But at the beginning, I recommend you to try to represent your product to the multi-brand store that their customer's target is closely with your brand/product.
