Circa Nocturna, Australia's premier alternative, subcultural & fringe fashion show.

Bringing glamour and the avant-garde to Melbourne every March, Circa Nocturna is recognized as Melbourne's most respected and premier alternative fashion showcase and we are a proud participant in the LMFF Culture Program.

Now in seventh year and a firm fixture on the Melbourne's event calender, Circa Nocturna continues to gain momentum, embracing the spirit of community in Fitzroy as it achieves it's vision in becoming an iconic fashion event to rival other alternative fashion events from around Australia.

This year will be bigger and bolder than ever with some of Australia's best known alternative designers, award winning hairstylists, make up artists and photographers will bring together their work for Circa Nocturna 2011.

Guests will be dazzled by the industry's aspiring and leading designers to showcase the current & future trends and influences the alternative fashion industry has to offer.

Taking place on Saturday March 12th, 2011, there will be a diverse mix of designers to thrill fashionistas.

Once again Circa Nocturna will be hosted by Fitzroy's iconic landmark, The opulant Fitzroy Town Hall. Cnr Moore St and Napier St, Fitzroy

At the same time, Circa Nocturna remains true to it's principal goal, providing exposure for emerging and established alternative fashion designers from all around the country to showcase their original and innovative designs to the people of Melbourne in 2 spectacular runway presentations.
