- What Connects You to the Fashion Industry?
- My father used to hand me down his GQs at a young age... I realized very quickly that I was most drawn to the fashion sections of the magazine, forcing myself to slow down through the magazine... to anticipate and savor those sections. Eventually, I started subscribing to GQ UK and picked up some French editions which had more expansive fashion columns... then blogs exploded and I couldn't stop reading.
- Reasons for Joining
- I want to immerse myself as much as possible in fashion... I recently started doing on campus Sartorialist-esque photos for my university newspaper. They've asked me to start writing the weekly column for it, yet I realize I have so much to learn about it before even thinking I have the authority to write about it.
