Katy Perry's VMA Outfit: Is Liking It a Crime?!

It is not unlike me to like controversial fashion. In other words, I'm a big fan of several of Katy's ensembles; namely the ones that other blogs have listed as "the worst dressed" or flat out "bizarre".
