war was waged against somali warlords:  because the president was distracted and under heavy fire.

many believe that m. lewinsky was paid and encouraged to "fall in love" with pres. clinton.   when the morality sting w. kenneth starr and co. began -- suddenly there was a clumsy and ill thought failure of a police action in somalia.

the somali warlords had home-field advantage.  some of the warlords who repelled United States Rangers might still be alive.

in 2011

in Afghanistan United States military personnel ended the lives of more civilians than at any point in that conflict to date. (but in Africa and West Asia there is a TRADITION of the United States, UK and Imperialist Europe in general treating civilians as if their lives had no value. this CREATES situations like Somali Warlords and the Taliban,
