Usually, when I pass by Juicy Couture, visions of boombalatty women in velor track suits wearing high heels and carrying little dogs create unrest in my subconscience.

But, I've been in search of the perfect pair of suspender pants for quite some time now and low and behold Juicy did right by me with the above Brambling Wool Tweed Pants.

The pants are part of Bird, Juicy's sister line (see summary here), and they have instilled in me a renewed faith. Bird is edgier; New Yorkier if you will. I'm hooked and while I'm having to work overtime this week to pay for my splurge, at least I know what I'll be wearing all fall.
